Comparison
An alternative to Jobber and field-service software
“I run a home-services business and I am looking at Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Workiz — what else is out there?”
What field service management tools do well
Said plainly, because it is true — and because you should switch for a real reason or not at all.
- Purpose-built for the trades, with vocabulary and workflows a crew recognizes immediately.
- Mature mobile apps for technicians in the field.
- Established integrations with the accounting packages most contractors already use.
- Onboarding aimed squarely at owners who do not want to configure software.
What you are probably buying separately
This is the honest comparison — not feature against feature, but your whole bill against one platform. Check each row against what you pay today.
| Also paying for | Included here |
|---|---|
| A website and a way to update it | A real website you own, with a blog and FAQ you publish from the dashboard with no developer and no redeploy. See how → |
| Online booking customers can use without an account | Zero-login booking with live availability, deposits, waitlists, buffers and reschedule links — embeddable on any site. See how → |
| Email and SMS marketing | Campaigns and reminders from your own sending domain and number, with every message logged on the customer record. See how → |
| Forms, surveys and quizzes | Branching, scored forms shared by public link or sent to named recipients, with responses landing as real records. See how → |
| A customer portal | A branded logged-in home where customers see their orders, documents, bookings and delivery progress. See how → |
| Marketing attribution | Which campaign produced paying customers, measured against money actually collected rather than clicks. See how → |

Where the model is different
Your website is part of the system, not a separate bill
Most operational software assumes your website is somebody else’s problem. Here the public site and the business system are one thing: a form fill, a booking, an event registration and a quiz answer all land on the same customer record with no integration to maintain.
Payments settle into your own Stripe
You connect your own processor and money moves directly to you. We are never in the flow of funds and never take a percentage of your revenue.
You own the code and the data
The front end is MIT-licensed code in your own repository, and your customer data exports on demand. Leaving is a decision, not a negotiation.
No per-seat tax on growing
Seats are free, so hiring a fifth crew member is an operations decision instead of a budget one. You pay for what genuinely costs money to run — storage, AI and heavy processing — not for how many people are allowed to log in.
Bring any front end, including one AI built
Generate a site with Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude or Cursor and connect it to the same backend — or start from our template and customize it beyond recognition while still receiving upstream improvements.
Stay where you are if…
Switching business software is disruptive and sometimes the wrong call. These are the cases where we would tell you to keep what you have.
- Your crews depend on a specific mobile app workflow they already know cold — retraining a field team has a real cost, and it should be a deliberate one.
- You need a deep, certified integration with a particular accounting or supplier system today.
- You want a vendor who configures everything for you and never expects you to touch a setting.
- Your business is exclusively dispatch-and-invoice with no marketing, events, memberships or online booking ambitions — a focused tool may simply fit better.
Common questions
Is this a Jobber alternative for home-service businesses?
It covers the same operational ground — customers, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and payments — and adds the things field-service software usually assumes you bought elsewhere: your public website, zero-login online booking, email and SMS marketing, forms and surveys, a customer portal, document sharing, events and marketing attribution. Whether it is the right swap depends on how much of that you are currently paying for separately.
Do I have to give up my current website to switch?
No. You can keep your website and connect it to the backend, replace it with our template, or generate a new one with an AI builder and point it at the same platform. The website and the business system are the same system here, but the front end is yours to choose.
How does pricing compare?
We bill per organization rather than per user, so team growth does not increase the bill, and payment processing goes through your own Stripe account so we take no percentage of your revenue. Compare that shape against what you pay today across every tool in your stack, not just the field-service one.
Can I move my customer data in and out?
Your data belongs to your organization and exports to CSV across the major lists, with your books export-ready for an accountant. Getting data in depends on what your current tool exports — CSV import covers the common path.
Look before you leap
Read what the platform actually does, see a site that was built on it, and decide from evidence rather than a sales call.
