Comparison
An alternative to HubSpot, Salesforce and CRM platforms
“I am evaluating HubSpot or Salesforce and the total cost keeps climbing — what else could run my business?”
What customer relationship management tools do well
Said plainly, because it is true — and because you should switch for a real reason or not at all.
- Enormous ecosystems — almost anything you use has an integration already built.
- Deep sales tooling for large teams with formal sales processes.
- Mature reporting and forecasting for organizations with dedicated operations staff.
- Certified consultants and a large hiring pool who already know the product.
What you are probably buying separately
This is the honest comparison — not feature against feature, but your whole bill against one platform. Check each row against what you pay today.
| Also paying for | Included here |

| Scheduling and booking | Zero-login booking with deposits, waitlists, resource booking and calendar sync built in. See how → |
| Quoting, invoicing and payments | Quotes priced from your own rules, converting to invoices and payments in your own Stripe, on real books. See how → |
| Field or delivery operations | Dispatch and delivery plans with dependencies, plus a portal where the customer watches progress. See how → |
| Events and ticketing | Public event pages, registration, capacity, waitlists and check-in. See how → |
| Customer portal and community | A branded member home with orders, courses, passes and a wallet. See how → |
Where the model is different
Your website is part of the system, not a separate bill
Most operational software assumes your website is somebody else’s problem. Here the public site and the business system are one thing: a form fill, a booking, an event registration and a quiz answer all land on the same customer record with no integration to maintain.
Payments settle into your own Stripe
You connect your own processor and money moves directly to you. We are never in the flow of funds and never take a percentage of your revenue.
You own the code and the data
The front end is MIT-licensed code in your own repository, and your customer data exports on demand. Leaving is a decision, not a negotiation.
No per-seat tax on growing
Seats are free, so hiring a fifth crew member is an operations decision instead of a budget one. You pay for what genuinely costs money to run — storage, AI and heavy processing — not for how many people are allowed to log in.
Bring any front end, including one AI built
Generate a site with Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude or Cursor and connect it to the same backend — or start from our template and customize it beyond recognition while still receiving upstream improvements.
Stay where you are if…
Switching business software is disruptive and sometimes the wrong call. These are the cases where we would tell you to keep what you have.
- You have a large sales organization with a formal, heavily customized sales process and staff dedicated to running it.
- A specific ecosystem integration is genuinely load-bearing for your business.
- Your team has deep institutional knowledge of the platform and switching cost outweighs the licence cost.
- You need enterprise procurement, certifications or contractual guarantees a small vendor cannot offer.
Common questions
Is this really an alternative to a full CRM platform?
For small and growing businesses, yes — you get customer records, pipeline, marketing, automation and reporting, plus the website, booking, payments, events and portal that a CRM expects you to buy separately. For a large enterprise sales organization with a customized process and staff to run it, a dedicated CRM platform is still the safer answer.
What happens to my costs as my team grows?
Adding staff does not change your bill, because seats are free. What you pay scales with what you actually consume — storage, AI usage and heavy processing — which also means a slow season costs less without you having to cancel anything or strip people of their logins. That is usually the largest difference in total cost over time.
Can my own developers or AI assistant build on it?
Yes. The capabilities, endpoints and how-to guides are published in machine-readable form specifically so an AI assistant or a developer can learn the platform and build against it without a support ticket.
Look before you leap
Read what the platform actually does, see a site that was built on it, and decide from evidence rather than a sales call.
